Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. If you believe that we have collected personal data about someone under the age of 16 without permission, please contact us at po@redwise.nl, and we will delete this information as soon as possible.
Basis and Grounds for Processing
Redwise processes the personal data you enter on our website to analyze our visitors' behavior and if you fill out a job application form to be able to call or email you about the progress of your application. Both processes are based on Consent. You grant this by accepting our cookie policy or by ticking the box at the application form stating you have read this policy and that you agree with the temporary storage of your data within our organization.
Retention Period of Personal Data
Redwise does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. The data you have filled in for your online application will be kept until we have spoken to you about the progress of your application but no longer than four weeks. After we have made a follow-up appointment, we keep your data to introduce you to clients. However, this is never done without additional consent and without further informing you about the continuation of the application process.The data we use to analyze your behavior on our website is stored for 14 months. After these 14 months, the data is automatically deleted from our Google Analytics account.
Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
Redwise only provides data to third parties if this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation. The data you fill in the application form is only shared with third parties after we have reviewed your application internally, informed you about the further progress of the application, and received permission to share the data with a (potential) client. Until that moment, your data is only used internally, reviewed, and stored. The people internally involved in handling personal data are under an obligation of confidentiality. Google Analytics data is not shared with third parties and is only used internally to analyze our visitors' behavior. More information on this can be found below in our cookie policy.

Redwise also uses so-called analytical cookies through Google Analytics. Accessing, Modifying, or Deleting Data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us, and the right to data portability. This means you can request us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to po@redwise.nl. To make sure that the request for access has been made by you, we will verify your identity by asking you several questions, and we may also ask you to send a copy of your ID. A copy of an ID contains special personal data, if we ask for this, we will instruct you on how to share this safely with us. In addition, we will handle your copy of the ID with the utmost care and delete it immediately after we have been able to verify that you are the concerned person.
